“When I used the deep fill option to wash sheets and towels, there was quite a bit of condensation under the machine (on my tile floor). This is a brand new machine, that was only the 2nd load of laundry done on it. What could cause this?”

Hi kathc- Water leaking from the front left corner of a top-load washer is usually water from the overflow tube. This is generally caused by over-sudsing.
