Yes, it is constantly out of balance. It also doesn’t clean clothes well unless you have it on “deep fill” all the time. I really hate this machine. It’s one of my worst purchases ever.

If still experiencing problem , put a level on top the lid and check front to back and right to left. Adjust feet as necessary until level. If after leveling and continues imbalance issue, your machine most likely has a broken counter balance spring or spring mount.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi - Thanks for reaching out to us. Make sure the washer is level. The washer needs to be level and sitting on a good, solid floor. The more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. Heavy, unbalanced loads can cause the washer to vibrate more. If an out-of-balance condition is detected by the washer, the Spin light will blink during the remaining portion of the cycle and will stay illuminated for a short time after cycle completion. When this occurs, the washer is taking actions to correct the out-of-balance condition and complete the cycle normally. In some cases, the washer may not be able to balance the load and spin up to full speed. If you notice the load is more wet than normal at the end of the cycle, redistribute the load evenly in the wash basket and run a Drain & Spin cycle. See page 7 of the Owner's Manual.
