Why is this washer not hi efficiency? null

This waster is HE, but isn't listed on many websites. You can view the manual on the GE website and it confirms that it is HE.

The 'normal' cycle is definately Energy Star HE. Once you start adding extra rinses and more water and higher spin speeds, the efficiency drops. It takes more water and 2 rinses to get towels clean and fluffy. I love this washer for the customizing you can do to the cycles and it saves them indefinitely.

If your doing high bulk it will use up a lot of power but to me it really gets the job clean cloths isn’t that more worth it
