So far through 3 weeks no problems. The app feature is pretty neat letting you know when your load is done. Especially like the soap dispenser feature that allows you to fill 50oz of detergent. Spin cycle is very quiet

I ordered a new door lock and changed it. Now it has new codes that the dispenser motor isnt working and the vent in the front is part of that error too. Smh. Does anything last anymore?

Do Not Buy!

However, the front door was leaking due to a missing part . I called the manufacturer, they came out right away and fixed it. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Not only is it stylish, it is also functional. The spin cycle is awesome and practically dries my clothes. I was really pleased with how well my towels and heavy clothes came out. There're also a good number of washing selections to choose from.

I do about 4-5 medium to large loads on average 2x a week and have not had any issues. One thing I will point out though is the UltraVent option has to be turned on and it lasts about 8 hours, which was not explained to me when I bought it. It also only obviously vents the drum, the area where the liquid detergent goes will remain wet and you need to clean that up on your own.

We were looking for a front loader that wouldn’t get moldy and I’m hoping this is it! Seems really promising! It has a really large capacity and cleans well. I LOVE the automatic detergent dispenser! It seems like a little thing, but it’s such a nice luxury! We love it!

So far, so good.
