Q: QuestionI really love the look of ranges that have their controls on the front. However, I have a toddler. Does this oven have a lockout for the dials/controls? The closeup picture of the panel is too pixelated to read the text.

• A:Answer There is a thin black frame around the glass top. This frame is tacky and subtracts from the sleekness and looks of the range. This frame also causes the cook top cleaner, Cerebrite, to catch and dry in the frame ridges. Thus there is a dried white line framing the cooktop! It is a major pain to remove this dried cleaner.

Q: QuestionFrom memory, pretty much all kitchen cabinets are 24" deep & with a counter lip, distance from wall is 25" - 26". Since this oven is full depth 28-7/8", is it meant for a deeper counter top or does it mesh with the above normal cabinet and counter depth?

• A:Answer Hi Mary- Temperatures can vary by + 30 degrees and down – 30 degrees as the oven cycles on and off. This is common. Oven temperature is also affected by door openings. If your new range or wall oven doesn't cook like your old one, this can be normal. Your new oven has a different cooking system from your old oven and therefore may cook differently than your old oven. For the first few uses, follow your recipe times and temperatures carefully and use the rack positions recommended in the Owner's Manual.
