Hello TJ - Thank you for reaching out about your stupendous dryer. We'll be happy to assist. Most likely what you are experiencing is a build up of condensation from the heat inside the unit and the cold air outside. If this is excessive or occurs regularly, we recommend having your vents checked and cleaned to make sure it is exhausting properly. Please let us know if you have any more questions. - JB
