A:AnswerA little out of date for Tom at this point, but I am now on my third of these microwaves so will share for others who might be interested. I bought one last Friday but the turntable made a clicking, and sometimes a grinding, noise. Worse clockwise than counterclockwise. I knew from experience that was not normal. Getting it replaced at Best Buy was easy, and the new one is quiet (like normal). Apparently the turntable noise is just an occasional manufacturing defect. - take it back for a replacement if you get one of these. Not bad for a small microwave, but as everyone knows the price is ludicrous because people need it to fit in their cabinetry (the guy ahead of me in line when i returned my defective one was buying the exact same model and was equally frustrated with lack of alternatives).
