Screw GE - they will always answer that the trim kit is model specific and you have to buy their new kit. Buy a new trim kit off of ebay for just a little over $100. It is ridiculous that the older trim kits do not fit the new ones. That is why our landfills are full.

We offer the 27" - JX7227DLBB or the 30" JX7230DLBB kit. To determine which you need, measure the overall width of your microwave including the trim on each side.
