Screw GE - they will always answer that the trim kit is model specific and you have to buy their new kit. Buy a new trim kit off of ebay for just a little over $100. It is ridiculous that the older trim kits do not fit the new ones. That is why our landfills are full.

This model does require a built-in trim kit that is different from your prior model. This model can use either JX7227DLBB for a 27” cabinet or JX7230DLBB for a 30” cabinet.
