“I think my machine has a defective computer system..The pause butten does not work right and on the rinse cycle the machine gets stuck on three minutes and it wont shut off .I wish that I could trade it in for an old fasioned machine with dials and no com”

Oh goodness! We're incredibly sorry to hear about your washer not functioning as it should and understand how upsetting this can be. We first recommend trying to disconnect the power for about two minutes then restoring power to see if that solves the problem. If that does not work, please call for service at 800-432-2737. Best.
