I see from other questions that this is an issue. We have tried the tangle control setting to almost no effect. We live in a drought area so using a deep fill to resolve the issue is unacceptable. Our old machine never had this problem. Other ideas? null

Umm, which social media?  Why can't you just answer the question?  You have the model information?
