Hi there – we’re sorry to hear that your clothes are coming out wet, and we can certainly understand why you’d like some clarification on that. We recommend checking out the Troubleshooting Tips section of the manual for solutions to many of the most common issues. The “Clothes too wet” section on page 28 should be particularly helpful. The manual can be found in the Features section of the Best Buy website product page. If these tips don’t help, service may be needed.
