We're happy to assist you. We recommend checking to be sure the fill hoses on the back of the washer are connected properly and not reversed (cold-cold, etc.). Also, be aware, in the heat of the summer as the ground heats up, so does the water. Therefore, your clothes may feel warmer at the end of the cycle. Finally, the high-speed spin cycle on this unit may warm the clothes slightly. If you continue to have issues, please call our GE Appliances team of experts at Bodewell at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET to have your washer evaluated and repaired as needed. -Vikki@GEAppliances
