“Hello, I own older model, GFW850SSN0WW & this model seems similar, except .3 cu ft. larger in capacity. Best Buy's comparison tool says this model is not high efficiency though & my old one was. Is this true & if so, what does it mean? What is different?”

I don't know why it says that; I noticed that too. I think it's a Best Buy error on their site. It says to only use HE soap and that's what we do and it's been fine.
