“just got this machine today, I’m loving it so far, however, when I put it on the white cycle, it does not fill with water, it just goes directly to the wash cycle and never puts water in it. But the other cycles fill with water just fine. PLEASE HELP!”

We appreciate you reaching out and are happy to hear you are loving your unit so far! We are happy to provide some guidance to help with the water level. General cycle settings to review for your unit are in your manual on (Page 9) to help with understanding how they work. You also have a "More Water" setting that can be used for your unit that can be found in the manual on Page 11. This option adds approximately 3 gallons to the wash and rinse portions of the cycle.
