Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently purchased the GE 5.3 cubic feet front-load washing machine in sapphire blue, and it’s exceeded my expectations. First, the sapphire blue color is stunning and adds a modern, luxurious touch to my laundry room. The large capacity easily handles big loads, saving me time on laundry day. Performance-wise, it’s incredible. Clothes come out clean and fresh every time, thanks to the multiple wash cycles and advanced settings. I also appreciate the quiet operation, even during the spin cycle. The controls are intuitive, and the built-in Wi-Fi connectivity makes it convenient to monitor and manage loads from my phone. Overall, this washer combines style, efficiency, and performance perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality washing machine!

As a mom juggling laundry for a full house, this GE Profile washer has been a lifesaver. The UltraFresh Vent System+ with OdorBlock actually works—no more musty smells or mystery funk after a load sits too long. I love the steam feature for sanitizing bedding and towels, especially when someone’s under the weather. And the sapphire blue? Gorgeous. It adds a pop of personality to my laundry space. The smart features are intuitive and helpful—I can start a load from my phone while wrangling dinner or chasing down socks. Plus, the 5.3 cu. ft. capacity means fewer loads and more time for family (or a quiet moment with coffee, if I’m lucky). If you’re looking for a washer that’s efficient, stylish, and built for real life, this one’s worth every penny.

I enjoy the extra cubic feet the GE provides vs the old 4.5 I had in my older Kenmoore model. Definitely can tell the difference in size when washing comforters and mattress pad covers with room to spare. The machine runs uber quiet and I can barely hear it running in the next room. Love the ultra fresh vent feature that runs after the washing cycle has ended and you’ve taken your clothes out to prevent standing water from being inside of the drum which eliminates the possibility of mold buildup over time. The Microban rubber used on the outer part of the drum cylinder was definitely a plus also to eliminate mold from standing water. And the blue color compliments my basement/laundry room area. Overall, I’ve been pleased with it the past several weeks and enjoy the fact that it’s stackable and replaced my old smaller easily in the same exact spot wirhout compromising width space.

Great washer. Capacity is awesome. I love the built-in laundry liquid capacity. It dispenses automatically. I love the quality of the stainless steel tubs for the washer and dryer. I love all of the features and amenities. The steam wash comes in handy for our sheets and other articles that require some Sanitation. Overall I would highly recommend this particular machine it is very stylish particularly when matched with the complementary dryer. They talk to each other so you tell the dryer what kind of clothes are inbound from the washer that'll automatically set itself to drive that particular type of load. Changing my laundry room to match the navy blue of these particular machines.

This washing machine is amazing. So quiet and plenty of room in the loader plus the color ( blue) my favorite.

This model is a high-capacity, feature-rich front-load washer with many of GE’s premium technologies: steam cleaning, a smart detergent dispenser, antimicrobial protection, and the enhanced UltraFresh Vent System+ designed to help prevent odors after each wash. It’s stackable and designed to replace older 4.5 – 4.8 cu ft models with more space and efficiency. UltraFresh Vent System+ & anti-odor tech This feature combined with Microban helps reduce mold and smell issues common in front-load washers — which is a big plus if you’ve dealt with that before. There are times where water stays in the dispenser tray after a wash — so I just usually combat this by manually drying it with a towel to prevent mold. I had electronic/control board failures at the five year mark. Owned the 4.8cu and cost would have been over $500 so i just purchased a new washer during black Friday and it was this new 5.3cu.

Great. I love it. Has the biggest capacity out there which allows me to wash all my heavy comforters with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Easy to use, bluetooth easy to use with the app. I have zero complaints after 1 month of getting this washer dryer combo. It definitely was worth the purchase. Glad I bought it on Cyber Monday and got a great deal during that time.

Great so far! It is large and we had to remove some trim to get it in the door. Unfortunately it was scratched in the process but I am still very happy with the machine itself. It seems to wash well, fits a lot of clothes and the vent feature is really nice. I spent way too long researching and comparing deals. This washer is worth it.

The GE washer and dryer have been working efficiently to say the least, they have excellent programming settings and run quietly, can’t notice they are in the home except when the cycles are completely the equipment will message your phone through the SmartHQ application what the status and completion of the washing and drying cycles. Not only a Best Buy it was a Great Buy :-)

I love my new GE washer and dryer set! I bought the pedestals too and I’m so glad I did. The pedestals are actually tall enough to store fabric softener and laundry detergent containers upright. The washer is so much quieter and more efficient than my 13 yr old LG was. I love the smart dispense for the laundry detergent too. Just makes things easy. The vent to dry out the washer works great. I don’t have to prop the door open anymore and everything stays clean and fresh.

Easy to use Quite Large capacity Extra a large detergent tank

If you have a large family, you might want to consider a slightly larger load capacity. This particular model has been good for my family consisting of 2 adults and 2 kids. Sometimes I wish we could have a larger load capacity, but our apartment space wouldn't allow for a bigger machine. Overall, the machine works really well and we haven't had any issues. I installed this unit myself at my apartment complex and it was my first time connecting a washer and dryer. Took me about 6 hours to do as I made some rookie mistakes. Point being is that these machines are fairly easy to hookup and maintain.

I recently purchased the GE Profile front load washer, and I couldn’t be happier. Here are the features I really love: UltraFresh Vent System+: The first-of-its-kind vent system keeps the washer fresh by detecting and eliminating excess moisture, preventing odors. No more musty smells! Microban® Antimicrobial Technology: Built into components like the gasket, dispenser, and draining system, this technology provides long-lasting protection against bacteria and mold. Adaptive SmartDispense™: Say goodbye to measuring detergent for every load. The dispenser holds enough detergent for up to 32 loads, and the SmartHQ™ app scans the barcode on the detergent bottle to dispense the right amount. Smart Features Powered by SmartHQ™: Stay up-to-date with the latest features, customize cycles, and receive remote notifications. It’s like having a laundry assistant in your pocket! Sanitize + Allergen Cycle: This industry-first cycle kills 99% of common bacteria and allergens, including dust mites. Energy Efficiency: ENERGY STAR® qualified, it saves both energy and money. Overall, the GE Profile washer combines cutting-edge technology with convenience, and has made laundry days a breeze for my family. Highly recommended!

Machine washes well. The quickwash feature cleans in as little as 20ish minutes. It’s very quiet and smooth. The smart dispense system is very convenient and uses the correct amount for each load. I feel we used more detergent when we measured it ourselves. Overall good buy.

I am so incredibly pleased with my new washer and dryer. I am updating several rooms in my home, with the laundry being one of them. These are an incredible inspiration and addition! My goal was to easily be able to wash and dry my king sized bedding, and these certainly handle it with ease. The size is perfect, and the color is stunning!

I bought the GE Washer and Dryer. Love both of them! Especially the washing machine with the vending option that you can leave the door closed. It dries the drum out so you have no issues. The color is sooo pretty!

this machine actually washes your clothing, better than other regular commercial machines... I was blown away at how my clothing came out, looking deeper colors, fresher, and overall more new after the washing cycle and drying cycle. The machines are easy to operate even for those who do not like Tech capability to fill up the soap with 50 ounces of liquid detergent is a game changer and we Only have to mess with the soap, about once a month. Installation was also easy and straightforward for the electric models. I would highly recommend these units to anybody in the market. The only small Criticism I have is that the top panels dent kind of easily as they are a bit thin.

Quiet, effective, large capacity washer that will accommodate king-sized bedding. Love the auto-dispense soap. Wish had auto-dispense fabric softener and additives, also. Blue color looks great.

Best washer I’ve owned so far, meets all my washing needs especially with toddlers and their everyday messes, is a game changer with all its advanced features and yes you need them to make your life easier. It’s not just about washing but caring for and making your clothes last longer especially if you invest in quality clothing!!

This set is absolutely amazing. The auto dispense feature makes it easy for anyone to do laundry at my house. It's literally: push power, pick setting and push start. Husbands can work this, LOL. This is my 8th purchase of this exact set. Every time we sell a house, the buyers demand that we leave it there. Every vacation house we buy, this set goes there too. I bought this set for 3 of my adult kids as housewarming gifts.
