Q: does the washer come with hoses/water connections
A: This washer comes with a drain hose only. It does not come with hot and cold water inlet hoses. For full lists of Parts Supplied and Parts Required (sold separately), please see page 22 of the Owner’s Manual. The Owner’s Manual can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the Best Buy product page.
Q: What does ultra fresh and odor block mean
A: The ultra fresh is a venting system that the washer has. When it is closed after laundry is removed, it will beep to remind you to push the ultrafresh button that spins and vents the machine to prevent mold.
A: Yes, this model has a door that can be reversed. For full instructions, see the Reversing the Door Swing section starting on page 27 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website. Lauren@GEAppliances
Q: Does this model has a self-wash mode or option?
A: This washer does have a Self Clean feature. To initiate a Self Clean cycle, remove any garments or objects from the washer and ensure the washer basket is empty. Open the washer door and pour one cup or 250 ml of liquid bleach or other washing machine cleaner into the basket. Close the door and select the SELF CLEAN cycle. Push the Start pad. When the Self Clean cycle is working, the display will show the estimated cycle time remaining. The cycle will complete in about 90 minutes.
Q: How is this washer on removing pet hair?
A: We recommend utilizing the Air Fluff (no heat) setting on your dryer to help with pet hair removal. Place the items covered with pet hair in the dryer first for a 10-minute no-heat Air Fluff cycle, then wash and dry the items as usual. The Air Fluff cycle will remove a lot of the hair, and it will loosen up the remaining hair for better removal in the washer. -Vikki@GEAppliances

Q: How do I setup dryer link with the matching dryer?
A: This model can use WiFi and SmartHQ. If you do not want to use this, however, there is a Dryer Control – Bluetooth® Pairing setting on some models. Instructions on how to use this feature can be found below: 1. Power on both the washer and the dryer but do not start any cycles. 2. Press and hold the Tumble Care button on the washer for 5 seconds until the Bluetooth® LED ( ) starts to flash and you hear an audible tone. 3. Open and close the dryer door 3 times within 10 seconds to make it discoverable to the washer. 4. The washer will attempt to discover the dryer, the Bluetooth® icon will flash and both displays will blink “ - - - ”. 5. The Bluetooth® icon on the washer should illuminate solid signifying that the machines are now paired. The display on the washer will display “bt” once pairing is complete. 6. If the Bluetooth® units fail to pair, repeat above steps 1-5. 7. To unpair the machines, press and hold the Tumble Care button for 10 seconds or open and close the dryer door 3 times within 10 seconds.

Never even want to try another brand or model
This set is absolutely amazing. The auto dispense feature makes it easy for anyone to do laundry at my house. It's literally: push power, pick setting and push start. Husbands can work this, LOL. This is my 8th purchase of this exact set. Every time we sell a house, the buyers demand that we leave it there. Every vacation house we buy, this set goes there too. I bought this set for 3 of my adult kids as housewarming gifts.
