I absolutely love my washer and dryer. It looks nice esthetically. It’s quiet, large enough to fit my blankets/comforter. Even sings me a little song when it’s finished cleaning. Not to mention it’s a Samsung too! I’m a fan of Samsung products and TV’s.

The washer operates remarkably quietly, even during high-speed spin cycles. The washer has a self clean cycle option which is a great feature that helps to keep the washer clean and smelling fresh. The washer can also be controlled with the mobile app. It adds a modern, sophisticated touch to my laundry room and perfectly complements the matching dryer.

The quick wash is very quick (19 min.) yet seems to get clothing with normal daily soiling clean. The steam settings take longer, but are worth the time if someone in the house is ill or we have been out where poison ivy may be a concern. It is a quiet machine and the function choices are intuitive. The buttons are not true push-type buttons of the 1990s, but touch sensitive so a very light hover will activate them. The door handle groove being at the top takes a little getting used to, after 20 years of it being on the horizontal on our previous machine but that's a minor inconvenience we'll adjust to.

Beautiful set! Great for large loads and easy to use.

We bought this washer and dryer set together and had them delivered and installed. The process was easy and the two installation techs obviously knew what they were doing, though they were a third party crew in an unmarked truck. The washer and dryer themselves are both beautiful and a pleasure to use. We love all the settings, how the door opens and closes, the way the dial feels in your hand, the quiet performance, and analysis of power usage. However, there are some annoyances that might just be us: 1st is the overall size - it barely fit into the laundry room in our new loft! The washer is also extremely heavy, and I am not ashamed to say I will be paying for movers next time we move, even if solely for moving this beast. 2nd is the chime - it plays a whole song that is annoying as all get out. What I did was register this with SmartThings, associate that with my Google Home, then turn off the chime so that notification if a completed load just comes through my phone.

The washer and dryer is well worth it! Just make sure you watch when it is being tested. My dryer was broken and took about 2 weeks and a headache to be replaced. The managers and team lead Tanner at Weatherford Best Buy, made my headache go away and truly saved my future business with Best Buy!
