the answer should be on the spec sheet. I had lower counters due to a tile floor being installed after the cabinets were installed. The range at the lowest setting was a good inch above the counters. However, I would check the spec sheet.

You will want to make sure to follow the installation instructions as it will have the most accurate information to make sure the unit fits properly in your space.
