“Can you adjust the water setting? Our current machine does not put in enough water?”

Hi there, and thanks for your interest in our washer! We certainly understand how important being able to adjust the water setting can be. This model does feature load sensing technology, to determine how best to wash your items and optimize performance. Department of Energy standards for water usage have changed over time, and our smart technology helps make sure performance isn’t affected when less water is used; the unit is a high efficiency machine, and doesn’t require as much water to provide effective cleaning action. That said, we do also provide a Deep Fill option, for cases where more water than usual may be needed – this allows you to customize your water level easily.
