Q: What's the difference between the PTW700BPTDG and PTW900BPTDG?
A: Hi there - Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. The model PTW900BPTDG has the Adaptive SmartDispense feature that helps save time and effort with a dispenser that holds enough detergent for up to 32 loads. This model also has voice assistant w/Alexa built in that recognizes thousands of voice command combinations to automatically adjust washer settings to care for specific fabrics and optimal stain removal. Q: Can you adjust the water setting? Our current machine does not put in enough water?
A: Hi there, and thanks for your interest in our washer! We certainly understand how important being able to adjust the water setting can be. This model does feature load sensing technology, to determine how best to wash your items and optimize performance. Department of Energy standards for water usage have changed over time, and our smart technology helps make sure performance isn’t affected when less water is used; the unit is a high efficiency machine, and doesn’t require as much water to provide effective cleaning action. That said, we do also provide a Deep Fill option, for cases where more water than usual may be needed – this allows you to customize your water level easily. So far, so good
So far, so good. We have only owned the washer/dryer a few days, but have used it not stop while awake and even while sleeping with delay wash. The tub is HUGE and easily handled our California King bedding. I like that the lid is see though. We were limited what we could fit in our space. One of the best features is the lid stays up at multiple angles, not just 90 degrees, which was important for use due to the cabinets above. The app was easy to set up and I love the sync feature. I also love the 5 minute warnings that the washer or dryer will be done, although it was non stop all weekend for us! Lol The delivery/installation team at best buy was amazing! They were polite, professional, neat, knowledgeable and most importantly the lead guy knew exactly what he was doing! I hope best buy knows how great this employee is! I wish I remembered his name but will update review once I find out. Thank you best buy for a pleasant experience.

Hoping for the best
Really nervous about any brand at this point seems like so many negative reviews of all brands no matter the cost of machine, just seems like machines aren’t what they were 20 years ago but so far so good

Just got it, but it works as it should
Haven't had it but for a week, so take this with a grain of salt. So far so good.....its nice its washes clothes and it hasnt broke yet. So 4 stars because longevity is unknown.
