A:AnswerSo far I have not had issues with pet hair. It does get rid of all of it, but there is a significant decrease. I also use the bounty pet care dryer sheets in the dryer and that helps as well.

The Water Station is only available through the app. For help with this, please contact our Connected Support team at 1-800-220-6899, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 11 p.m. ET, Saturday - Sunday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. ET. Delay Wash is the button to delay the start of the cycle by repeatedly pressing it for the desired amount of time. Auto-Soak and prewash are not part of this unit.
