Q: Are you able to use without alexa? Can that feature be turned off?
A: Yes. I have not set up my alexa to this washer and use it just like a normal appliance.
Q: Does this washer wash king-size blankets?
A: Yes - there's plenty of space for a king-size blanket.

Q: I use POWDER detergent. Which dispenser does powder go in... or does it go into the tub?? Thank you!
A: Hey there - that’s a great question! For powder detergent, add the manufacturer’s recommended amount of powder detergent to the top of the load once all of the clothes are loaded into the wash basket. Some granular detergents may be difficult to dissolve because of variations in content. If desired, you can dissolve the granular or powder detergent in hot water before pouring it into the wash basket. A: I am having the same problem. I bought mine as open-box and it dumped detergent out on the way in. Now its all dried up at the top reservoir even though it says empty.

A: I have done 12 cycles so far, and it has used 117 gallons of water (according to the smart hub). I'm not sure if that's efficient.
