• Hello. Thanks for checking with us! There are no known compatibility issues with GFCI. Our air conditioners have a built-in LCDI (Leakage Current Detection Interrupter) on the power cord, which is a device that senses current leakage flowing between or from the integral cord conductors and interrupts the circuit at a predetermined level of current leakage.
