Mine is doing this too. I finally gave up and just have a bucket under it. Almost $500 and broken in ten weeks.

According to the manual, follow these steps when this error occurs: Drain the indoor side of the unit per instructions in the Care and Cleaning, Draining the Unit section. Hold down the SLEEP button for 3 seconds to clear error message. If the error code persists, the pump will need to be serviced. -- We recommend consulting your warranty on page 21 of the manual for further instructions.
