• Yes. So when you open the drawer it catches any drops. In the itwm photo it's the rectangular piece on the bottom. Doesn't hold much, we keep the scoop inside on a corner to cause less dripping than keeping it outside.

• Yes, it does. It sticks out from under the ice bin. I have a 1930s home with low cupboards, so have my ice maker on a side table.
