Hello. Thanks for checking with us! This unit must be installed upright on a flat, level surface that is able to support the total weight when full of water. Ensure a minimum of 3 inches clearance around the side and back walls of the ice maker for proper air circulation. The area has to be well ventilated, and the unit must not be near any heat sources- such as ovens or cooktops. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t think so. I really wouldn’t recommend putting it in a small cabinet but maybe it would be okay if there’s adequate ventilation like in a large pantry.
