    Asked by David.

    • Answer Hi David- Thanks for choosing our GE Profile™ Series 21.9 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth Side-By-Side Refrigerator PZS22MSKSS! These models are the same. When the model is manufactured, these extra letters/numbers are placed on the appliance rating plate and product registration card. These letters/numbers are used to identify manufacturing specific data when the appliance is made. Should service or parts be needed, these are used as identifiers for the specific appliance. We hope you are enjoying the fresh taste of filtered water. Whether you grew up with GE Appliances, or this is your first, we’re happy to have you in the family. Keep in touch! SUE@GEA

  • QuestionRegarding the shelf that retracts to allow taller items on the shelf below. Is there a way to disable the quick release feature? I accidentally hit the front of the shelf, causing the shelf to retract and shelf contents to fall.

    Asked by Brady.

    • Answer HI Brady - Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Quick Space shelf on your refrigerator. There is not a way to "disable" this feature. We would recommend double checking to ensure the shelf is extended fully so it has clicked into place. You might consider relocating this shelf in the fresh food compartment to a location where you may be less likely to accidentally bump the shelf. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. All our best! Vikki@GEA
