HI Brady - Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Quick Space shelf on your refrigerator. There is not a way to "disable" this feature. We would recommend double checking to ensure the shelf is extended fully so it has clicked into place. You might consider relocating this shelf in the fresh food compartment to a location where you may be less likely to accidentally bump the shelf.
