• Yes the unit should indicate Clean with a GREEN light. However a fan does run and the Green light will stay ON until the dishwasher door is opened.

• Fan stays on until door is opened? So, if I go on vacation for two weeks, the fan will run the whole time? How can this get an Energy Star rating???

• Hello John, thank you for your question. We are sincerely sorry your dishwasher is not correctly displaying that is has completed a wash cycle. This dishwasher will show that a cycle has been complete using a green light on the front. The light stays on as a reminder that the dishes are clean. The light will turn off when the door is opened.
