“How in the world do I load this dishwasher? Nothing seems to fit, especially the bottom rack with the middle row of tines missing. I think we made a very very expensive mistake. Installed 3 days ago and want to return it. No manual with load suggestions.”

Hello DWQuestion, Thank you for reaching out. We're so sorry to hear about the issues with your dishwasher and that you did not receive a manual. We're happy to help! The upper rack is primarily for glasses, cups, and saucers. The lower rack is best used for plates, saucers and cookware items. Large items, such as broiler pans and baking racks should be placed along the sides of the rack. The 3rd rack is the recommended location for silverware and large utensils.
