I think it depends on your countertops. Ours is not set in very far so we can easily see the panel and push it as necessary. No problem here.

Simply choose desired cycle and press the Start pad and close the door within 4 seconds to start the cycle. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can see and operate the controls without opening the door. I actually raised it during installation and can still see and operate controls. Also, you don’t see it in the pictures but the front shows when it’s washing, drying and when it clean. We’re really happy with it. Very quiet.
