Do you insall/hookup water to machine?

Please try again later.If your clothes are not fully dried, please ensure that the pump filter is not clogged, that you're not overloading the unit, and that Eco Dry is Off. You can view the full troubleshooting tips for this on page 31 of the Use and Care manual on the product page. You can also select "Quick Dry" or "Timed Dry" to give your items extra dry time. If your items are excessively wet and the above tips do not help, please schedule service by calling 833-426-3393 so our Bodewell technicians can investigate thoroughly. -Kacie@GEAppliances
