We are not aware of any known issues with the filter on this unit. If anyone is experiencing an issue with the filter, we ask that you please PM/DM us on Facebook/Instagram/X with a copy of your review, any service confirmation/case numbers you may have, and the complete model/serial numbers of your unit so we can further investigate.
