- Answer No you will have to plan accordingly, that being said, there should not be that much water to overwhelm the pluming unless this is draining into a very skinny drain pipe.

QuestionI am planning on putting this unit in my 5th wheel trailer. The bed set directly in front of the space made for the washer / dryer. I need to know what is the measurement from the floor to the bottom of the door to clear the bed.

- Answer Hi there - Thanks for reaching out! The measurements are 9.5" from floor to bottom of the door. The legs are adjustable +1/4" / -1-1/4". If separate the 7" riser accessory is used, you'll have 16.5" from floor to bottom of the door. We hope you find this helpful. QuestionMy clothes come out of the dryer wrinkly. I am used to my clothes coming out of a hot dryer, and I am able to easily press out the wrinkles as I fold. Is there any way to adjust the temperature of the dryer so that it is hotter?

- Answer While there is no way to adjust the temperature of the dryer, as it utilizes "Sensor Dry", we recommend connecting to the SmartHQ app; this ensures that your software is always up to date. These software updates can optimize your Combo's performance. In addition to Dewrinkle, the Combo offers a Wrinkle Care option. When selected, Wrinkle Care will tumble intermittently for up to 8 hours making the clothes less prone to wrinkling. - Answer We can confirm that the Combo has a depth of 32” and can be installed with 0” clearance in the rear. It would stick out a total of 32” from the back wall with 0” clearance.

QuestionMy current washer has to pump the discharge water up 5 feet to the sewage line. Will this washer be able to push the discharge water up 5 feet too? This is a basement installation.

- Answer Hello- Thank you for taking the time to send us your question and your interest in the new Ultrafast combo! We do not recommend vinegar for use with the Ultrafast Combo. It is not compatible with the drying system materials. Use only liquid or powder HE detergents and additives in the dispenser drawer. Laundry detergent packets should only be added directly to the wash basket following the manufacturer’s directions. If you have any other questions feel free to reach out and let us know. - Answer Hello- Thank you for your question and interest in the Ultrafast Combo unit.Through the SmartHQ app, this model does offer an Air Fluff downloadable cycle! This cycle provides 15 minutes (to up to 4 hours, if desired) of tumbling time with recycled filtered air and no heat. We hope this helps you decide. - Answer I believe that the Oatey PEX washing machine outlet box uses 1/2 PEX b for its connections. There are also PEX a boxes available. Optimal flow would be PEX a and expansion collar also 1/2 inch.

- Answer I would leave the closet door open while using the machine. It does create some heat in its surrounding area during the drying mode.

- Answer Hello - The filter compartment contains a two-stage housing consisting of a Lint Filter and a Foam Filter. To access the filters, slowly remove the filter frame from the Combo by pulling straight out and pressing on the tab to release. There is a diagram of this process located on pg.19 of the owner's manual under the Care and Cleaning section. Your Combo will suggest when to clean the lint filter and foam filter. - Answer We recommend following the instructions on the laundry sanitizer label, which normally instructs you to add the sanitizer to the manual fabric softener compartment so that it can be dispensed with cold water in the final rinse. It cannot be dispensed from either of the bulk tanks of the Combo. -Vikki@GEAppliances

- Answer No, the door does not automatically open after the cycle is complete. The door on the Combo can only be opened manually.

- Answer Do Not Buy the pedestal. I was misled by the store that it was safe to purchase since there is one technically to buy but GE says not to, My first load had 6 small items just to test and it about shook over.

- Answer Yes, you can connect the Combo to the faucet using the Sink Unicoupler Hook-up accessory (WH41X36697) that's sold separately. The unicouple accessory allows you to install the appliance next to a utility sink so that you don't need a standpipe for draining or hot/cold water inlets. If not connected to the sink with the Unicoupler, than the Combo will need to be connected to drain hose and hot/cold water inlets.

- Answer For dry only setting just push the dry button after turning on. By default when turning on it goes to the wash and dry setting. From there you can select a timed dry or automatic dry or other options.

- Answer Yes, they can! If you use dryer sheets, add to the basket after the wash cycle ends. The Combo can notify you when the wash is nearly at the end so you can remove any line-dry items or add dryer sheets.
