• Sure does I pairs using the SmartThings phone app and then you can control it via the app or Alexa or whatever.

• Yes it does, that is what I use all of my GE z-wave switches, dimmers, and fan control with.

• I am not sure. I would,bet that it does. I use,the wink hub2 and it work perfectly. I have had it installed for over a year with no issues. We absolutely love them!
