Have to enable 144hz in the settings on the monitor and in the graphic card settings under Nividia control panel. If you need help check YouTube should fine a easy walkthrough explaining how to turn 144hz on in nividia settings
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check what version of cable you are using. Hdmi 1.0, 1.2, or 1.4, or 2.0, Displayport 1.2 or 1.4. These can determine you total output to the monitor. You could be capping yourself at 60hz by using a lower version cable. If you are in windows you can go to your "display settings" and select 144hz if you have the correct cable to allow for 144hz. On windows 10 right click your desktop and go to display settings, then select the monitor from the "rearrange your displays". This allows you to select your settings for your monitor. At the bottom click on "Advanced Display Settings". At the bottom of this page you can change your Refresh Rate from the box. If you don't see the 144hz option, check your cable versions.
