QuestionI bought this laptop, and everything with it is great except for one thing. When it's closed and you hold it sideways to walk,the lid opens and closes. Is that a defective unit or poor R&D?

QuestionIs there a driver for the aero hub? It does not seem to work on left port with provided aero-hub, also the ethernet port does not connect with aero hub? Both things do work with another hub

- Answer Hi Emery, This laptop does not support charging via the USB C ports, you will have to use the included charger. Hope this helps! - John

- Answer Directly on the laptop are 2 Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C) and a stand USB-C port. The laptop comes with an adapter that plugs in to either of the Thunderbolt ports and gives you HDMI, Ethernet, USB-A and a Mini display port.

QuestionIt come with usb for video ports. It has both HDMI & Mini display port , can both could be work at same time to use 2 additional monitor or It only work 1 monitor at time. Is it possible to connect 2 monitor to this PC?

- Answer Very easy, pop off the bottom, and they are easy to access, nothing covering the memory. 2 slots expandable to 64 GB max.
