Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I been having issue and my hub only out put single monitor at time. when i plug in mini display & HDMI . only mini display is outputting. I check in i window display setting to detect monitor but nothing was not showing up. when i disconnect mini display than HDMI is detected. anyone having this issue? DO I need to get new hub?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes you can connect 2 external monitors at the same time using the aero hub. The HDMI port can support max 4k 60hz whereas mini display supports up to 4k 120hz. Also, make sure the cable that you are using also supports 4k output or else you maybe stuck with lower resolution and/or refresh rate because of the lower bandwidth of the cable.
