Hi cab, good question. The USB cable is there to charge your hearing aid case. You can then charge your hearing aids by putting them in the case.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The provided case has a short C class charger. I have an android family so lots of longer cords around the house. The case holds a charge so you can slip it in your pocket for a recharge on overnight or weekend trips camping or such. So far, I have not had one go out in a 16 + hour day but it's only been a month. I put them in the charger every night but it's not always attached to a charging cable if another device has died near my bed and taken over the cord. (CHILDREN!) No batteries. TAKE THAT CELL_DURA
