QuestionIt says "Battery Life Provided by Recharging Case" is 180 hours, and that the battery is not replaceable. Does that mean after 180 hours you have to toss them?! It seems ridiculous that that would be the case, but maybe that is why they are so cheap.

- Answer Hi there, luckily that is not the case. By charging your hearing aid carry case once you're able to charge your hearing aids up to six times before you need to recharge the hearing aid case. The hearing aids, once fully charged, can last up to 30 hours per charge.

- Answer Hi DrKerry, the frequency response of the devices has been preset per the listening program. Unlike self-fitting hearing aids, these devices can only adjust the volume and not the frequency response or treble and base. The different listening programs are adjusted to accommodate a variety of different configurations of hearing loss and can be accessed on devices. These devices have no app connectivity.

- Answer Hi, BMarie, no, but by wearing a hearing aid in each ear, you will have far better sound quality than if you wear only one hearing aid. Your ability to locate where sounds are coming from will also be improved.
