“It says "Battery Life Provided by Recharging Case" is 180 hours, and that the battery is not replaceable. Does that mean after 180 hours you have to toss them?! It seems ridiculous that that would be the case, but maybe that is why they are so cheap.”

Hi there, luckily that is not the case. By charging your hearing aid carry case once you're able to charge your hearing aids up to six times before you need to recharge the hearing aid case. The hearing aids, once fully charged, can last up to 30 hours per charge.
