Hi Trish, thank you for your question. OTC hearing aids are designed to help adults with mild-to-moderate hearing loss. Adults with severe hearing loss and children under the age of 18 should not use OTC hearing aids. You can, however, take our free online hearing test on our website to determine whether OTC hearing aids will be the right option for you.
