Preset Listening Programs
4 preset programs are integrated into the product: Normal, used when you struggle to hear all sounds; High-Frequency, for when it’s very noisy; Low-Frequency, when you’re listening to music; and General amplification setting when you want to hear all sounds more clearly. This way you can choose your preferred listening experience depending on your surroundings.
On-Device Controls
The control switch on the hearing aids, controls four different features: 1) volume adjustment; 2) listening program adjustment; 3) switching your devices on/off, and 4) handling phone calls via streaming.

A: No batteries needed. It come with a charging case and cable. Just place the hearing aids in the case to charge. The case can also be used like a portable power bank for the hearing aids it can be charged and will recharge your hearing aids a couple of times with out having to be plugged into an outlet.
