When a car passes the street it takes a picture and I have a long driveway very good focus

Not sure how close, but ours is mounted about 7 feet up and you can see anyone (or the dogs) clearly when they walk right by it.

It's pretty much general focus... So yea it's good quality all aorund... You can manually pinch zoom to specific spots but that's where you lose a quality.
