• No pan and tilt cannot be controlled remotely. The camera is fixed on a mount.

• There is no "pan and tilt" option. You have the ability to zoom in and out of sections covered within the video feed in terms of your degree of view, and even to clean it up a bit once you've zoomed in, but as far as the ability to actually pan the camera head itself, that is not possible with this product.

• It can pan 80 degrees. I am not totally sure the tilt is but works fine for what I need it for. AND yes it can be viewed and controlled by a smart phone!!
