The package includes all you need, metal base to attach to your stucco wall, just drill it, insert an anchor and screw the base for the magnetic camera base.

Yes the plate is super small almost the size of a quarter but a little larger. and it's just two screws.

Yes, there is an about 1.5 to 2 inch mounting place that attaches to the wall, then the magnet in the camera grabs onto the plate. Very strong magnet, you can move the camera to adjust the view but very little worry of if "falling" off the plate.

There is a metal plate that mounts first. You can also place the mount on the fascia or under the soffit.
