Indeed it will. Wrought iron is magnetic and the magnet mount is pretty strong so it would stick with no issues. However, I'd highly recommend attaching it with a more permanent option such screwing it into the railing or a mount attached to the railing since it could get bumped or easily accessed otherwise.
