Mine are on all the time and I have them set to send me alerts when motion is detected. I have 3 indoor ones and am picking up the outdoor one today. We have an indoor one in a window pointing out. The field of vision is amazing and I can zoom them using the ap. See photo. I got Lorex cameras for outside and really don't like them so will be returning and replacing with these. I have the recording subscription Nest Aware. They recently updated it. I have it set to email me when motion is detected. I got the 10 day plan and it's been plenty for us. They have a 30 day plan as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You get an email alert when motion detected, you can view live feed at anytime. Camera on continually. Zoom located on screen you open to view so yes done remotely.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can set schedule for on/off, only for motion and if you subscribe you can make custom zones or areas in whatever shape, height, etc. you want. Unsure exact filed of view but guess 145 degrees. There are about 5 levels of remote zoom. You lose some clarity but then there's an "enhance" button that makes it very acceptable. Great product!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This camera, when on, records continually. It cannot be set to only come on when motion is detected. Instead, it can send you alerts when it detects motion. You can even set up motion zones. The camera shoots at a 130 degree angle. There is a certain extent of digital panning and zooming the camera can do remotely from the app. The camera does not actually move though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you have to move it remotely ... and no zoom.
