The issue may be related to the output of one of your connectors, or in the actual cooling system. I would recommend disconnecting your unit and making sure all the wires are terminated properly. I had an issue with the Nest detecting some of my inputs from the air conditioner recently. Reconnected several times until the unit could see the connections, then all was well.
